MANUAL THERAPY 

At The METHOD, we utilize a variety of manual therapy skills such as instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (GRASTON), cupping, soft tissue and joint mobilization to reduce pain, improve joint and tissue mobility, relax muscles, increase range of motion and restore strength. 

DRY NEEDLING

Dry needling uses a thin filiform needle to penetrate the skin and stimulate underlying trigger points in muscle and connective tissues for the management of neuromusculoskeletal pain, tightness, and movement impairments.
